  Just go to the westbury location. Night and day difference. I don't like to complain but it was comically a bad experience, waited 45 mins for salad for what the waiter claimed was a ticket/system issue (we only saw him every 15 mins or so), then waiter said he would slow down the entrees for us so that we could take time to finish our salad. Seriously? What makes you think that's a good idea to make us wait longer. Ten mins later, still waiting, I just asked the manager to cancel them altogether as a party of 7 that sat after us was already wrapping up eating their entrees, she insisted they bring them out or wrap them up. Five mins later he shows up with a steak well-done, that I ordered medium, then asked me if it would be okay.. I almost wanted to just give up altogether as it's just sad at this point. Second steak was fine as I'm guessing the manager himself cooked it. Oh, and the bloomin onion wasn't cut all the way through so you can't pick it with fingers you have to cut it, and literally 1/3 of the onion didn't get battered, so you can't eat it. Another 1/4 of it was the skin part of onion that is grisly tasting. I can't do fractions but what you're left with is not a whole lot. The onion is one of my favorite things, but the poor preparation is not an isolated issue and why we stopped coming here a year or so ago. The management was apologetic and took care of things, but it was just awkward for everyone involved...
